I'm Pallavi — founder of Variaura Wellness, fitness coach and yoga practitioner. I once had a stable career in IT, but something kept pulling me toward a deeper purpose: helping people feel strong, confident and truly alive in their own bodies.

So I walked away from the desk and into the work I was meant to do. Years of coaching with Fittr, hundreds of personal transformations, and a deep love for movement — dance, yoga, strength — shaped the way I coach today: personal, science-based, sustainable.

At Variaura, my mission is simple — help you build a healthier body, a stronger mind, and a lifestyle that lasts.
